General Purchase Conditions: When purchasing at www.sentry.es you accept all terms stated therein and also terms stated under customer security.
When a customer places an order he/she fully accept these conditions.
We protect us for any typographical errors, and this text might be changed without prior notice.
General: Most products we have in stock at all times, and they will be packed as soon we have received payment. It may however happen that some product might be temporarily out of stock, Sentry keeps its right to replace a product to a like worthy or product of higher quality. If this is not the case we will refund your payment for those product/products.
Prices: All prices are included VAT and EX works our stock, and due to currency changes and other circumstances we keep the right to without prior notice change the prices on the site.
Returns: If you as customer for some reason are not happy with the product you have received, you can return it to us within 10 days after receiving the product.
To do this you have to pack the product properly and send it to us, return transport is at your cost. Also the product cannot be opened or damaged in any way.
Age: To be able to purchase products on our website you have to be of legal age of buying.
Customer confidentiality: When purchasing at Sentry we want you to be rewarded for the trust you have given us. Therefore protecting our customer data is top priority and we do not disclosure any whatsoever information about our customers to any 3rd part.
Payment Protection: At Sentry we try our best to provide our customers with as safe payments as possible and the information between your bank and our payment gateway are highly encrypted and the information are only shared between the gateway and your bank.
Typographical errors: Sentry reserves to any typographical errors that might occur on the website Delivery: Sentry.es only sell its products Ex Works which means you as customer choose how the goods will be delivered to you, Sentry recommends some logistic alternatives, but it’s your own choice how you finally choose to arrange the logistic.
The logistics solutions SENTRY suggests are with several major logistics companies making sure the delivery goes fast, effective and are reliable
If a customer enters an address to logistic company which is in a territory where excise or VAT is applicable it’s up to the customer responsibility to check with that territory custom procedure.
You are also always welcome to come and pickup your package. Packing: All products are being packed to sustain transport, if any of the goods you have received should be broken in any way, email us at informacion@sentry.es and we will try to assist you in the best way possible.
Legal: Trademark of Sentry.es are owned by Battle House S.L c/ Escofina 6C 28400 Madrid. Battle House S.L acts under Spanish legalization and any concerns or disagreements that involves these terms stated at www.sentry.es will be handled by the court of Madrid, Spain.
Further we want to point out that all products are sold Ex Works and if a purchaser order a product from Sentry that are not prohibited in his/hers legalization it’s in his/hers fully responsibility.
Sentry.es. has no responsibility for purchases that may be prohibited by the consumer’s legalization.
If any disagreements should occur it will be handled under the court of Madrid, Spain.
